Enabling AI Synonym Suggestions

Algolia’s AI analyzes search queries that users often change after typing to suggest synonyms. With synonyms, you can let users search using the words they’re most familiar with.

To enable AI synonym suggestions, perform these steps:

1. Go to the AI synonyms section in the Algolia dashboard.
2. Select the index for which you want to enable AI synonyms.

3. Select Activate for this index.

   

4. AI synonyms are now activated. Synonym suggestions are shown on this page once enough user data is collected. You can accept or reject the synonym suggestions on this page.
